Collaboration is the key to success in the 21st century. In today's time no-one can achieve success working in isolation. So, let us collaborate and share our best practices to be better leaders and teachers.

Language and Literature Teacher
The willingness and the passion to help others understand and to see things with different nuances paved a path for my career and inspired me to be a teacher.
Seeing things with different perspectives comes naturally to me. A glass can be half-filled or half-empty. And so does my subject, Language and Literature gives me a chance to explore multiple opinions for the same thing.
The constant requirement of the combination of these traits arises excitement in me and makes me passionate to teach.
Know me better!
What do I like to do?

Reading!!
"Learn from the actions of others".
This is a very common phrase we all often come across but I do strongly believe in this phrase. We cannot experience everything in our lives but we can experience many things from the lives of others and books provide us with that opportunity.
Books leave me mesmerised with disconnecting me to the world around yet connecting me to the real world and the world within me.

Designing!!
I did jewelry designing as a hobby course. Though I did not pursue it as a career but I still love to design. Designing gives me a scope to think and put my imaginations and creativity on paper. It has developed my character in a positive way. It taught me to take criticism positively and developed patience in me.
Designing is an activity which gives me peace and helps me to streamline my thoughts.

Cycling
Cycling is another activity which gives me time to think about myself. It gives me the space and the freedom to explore my thoughts and ideas while enjoying the nature in different ways, at times in form of a sultry day or with the cool breeze or with the droplets of water.
The pleasure to be able to ride and use my energy to reach my goal is immense and is difficult to put in words.
