With the change in the education system, the focus of education is to develop the skills in the students. If the skills to communicate, collaborate, research, reflect and think are well developed in the students, they can face all the challenges with a smile.

To encourage the students to reflect on these skills and to make them aware that they use these skills in their daily lives, a teacher in our school, Mrs Archana Singh, came up with the ATL challenge for our students.

I facilitated the students and encouraged them to write their reflections for the ATL challenge. This activity helped the students to understand the different ATL skills of MYP.
