Cultures of the world- inculcating international mindedness

The first week of DP1 classes is always in turmoil when we try to understand the level of the students, and their understanding of IB cores like the learner profiles, international mindedness, etc.

To make the students comfortable with their peers with respect to their culture, and making them aware of the different cultures of the world, the student were put in groups of 4 and were asked to represent different cultures of their choice.

This activity served as a starter to the academic session as it made the students listen and accept different cultures.
