Use of Apostrophe

Apostrophe is another punctuation mark to which we do not pay a lot of attention. But, we do not realise that a misplaced apostrophe can change the meaning of a sentence.

As a teacher, the difficult task is not to teach the usage of this punctuation mark to the students but to ensure that they remember its usage and use it appropriately. So, I had asked my grade 6 and 7 students to create infographics on the usage of Apostrophe. While doing this, I was also able to teach my students another form of presenting information- infographics.

The students enjoyed creating infographics. They used different platforms like MS word, MS Powerpoint, different websites to create their work.
